Is Viralyze safe for my Instagram account?

Yes, because it runs on the official Instagram (Meta) API as a Meta Tech Provider. You log in on Meta's own screen, the app never sees your password, and nothing is ever posted to your feed. Instagram's limits, such as one private reply per comment within seven days, are followed automatically, so you do not have to manage them.

What account do I need? An Instagram Business or Creator account. Personal accounts have no API access for private replies. Switching is free and takes two minutes in Instagram settings. A Facebook Page is not required.

How do keywords and the follow-gate work?

Keywords are not case-sensitive and tolerate typos, emojis and Hinglish spellings, so "LINK", "link pls" and "Link bhejo" all match "LINK". One automation can have several keywords, and each can send a different reply.

The follow-gate, when turned on, asks non-followers to follow first with up to three polite nudges, then sends the link. Followers get the link straight away. Public comment replies rotate between AI variations so the thread looks natural, and DMs can go out in English, Hindi or Hinglish to match the commenter.

What can the DM contain? A link, a PDF (long messages become a downloadable PDF with open tracking), a product checkout, a lead magnet that collects an email, or a booking page.

How do bookings and payments work?

One booking link carries a service menu with main services and add-ons; the customer picks what they want and duration and price add up. Formats are in person, Google Meet, phone or WhatsApp call. Google Calendar connects once with two-way sync, respecting busy events, days off and buffers.

Customers pay upfront by UPI, cards or net banking through an RBI-authorised payment aggregator. WhatsApp reminders go out automatically. You set whether and until when customers can cancel; refunds are automatic. Payouts reach your bank weekly, and there is no platform fee on bookings, products or courses.

For example, a yoga teacher might list "Private session, 60 min, ₹1,500" with an add-on "Recorded video of the session, +₹200", with Google Meet as the format.

Can I see my results and export my data?

The home screen shows DMs sent, link clicks, follower growth and revenue over 7, 30 or 90 days, plus your top reels by DMs. Each automation has a funnel from comments to signed up.
