Questions creators ask
Is this safe and allowed by Instagram?
Yes. Viralyze is built on Instagram's official Meta API and uses only the messaging and comment permissions you approve on Meta's own login screen. We never ask for your password and nothing is ever posted to your feed.
Do I need a Facebook page?
No. A Business or Creator Instagram account is enough.
Will the DMs look spammy?
No. AI writes small variations of your message so no two DMs read exactly the same, and you can reply in the commenter's language (English, Hindi or Hinglish).
What happens after the 7 days?
Nothing, unless you choose a plan. There is no card on file during the trial.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings in one tap. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Does it work with reels and stories?
Yes. Trigger on comments to a specific post or reel, any post, or replies to your stories.
How do bookings work with Google Calendar?
Connect Google Calendar once. Busy times on the calendars you choose block your slots, and every booking is added as an event with the client invited. It syncs both ways.
Is there a fee on sales?
No. Viralyze takes 0% on products, courses and bookings. Payment-gateway charges from the aggregator still apply.
Why did a DM not send?
Instagram allows one private reply per comment within 7 days. If that person already got a DM for that comment, or it's older than 7 days, it won't send again. The automation's Recent runs shows the reason.
Where is my data stored?
Primarily in India, under the DPDP Act. Export or delete your account anytime from Settings → Privacy and data.
