One Home Screen for DMs Sent, Clicks, Followers and Revenue

19 October 2026

A creator analytics dashboard is useful when it shows the chain from content to cash, not when it shows forty metrics. The Viralyze home screen keeps it to four: DMs sent, link clicks, follower growth and revenue, each switchable between 7, 30 and 90 days, with your top reels ranked by DMs underneath.

If you have been toggling between Instagram Insights, a link tool and a payment app to work out whether last week went well, this is the screen that replaces that routine.

Why these four numbers and not more?

Because they are the funnel. DMs sent tells you how many people raised a hand by commenting a keyword. Link clicks tells you how many of them opened what you sent. Follower growth tells you whether the content is also building an audience. Revenue tells you whether any of it paid.

Read left to right and you can see where the leak is. Plenty of DMs but few clicks means the message or the offer is weak. Plenty of clicks but little revenue means the checkout or booking page needs work.

How do I read the home screen in under a minute?

Pick the 7-day range on a Monday and look at the four tiles. Then scroll to the top reels list. Here is a sample reading for a skincare seller:

  • DMs sent: 412
  • Link clicks: 260
  • Follower growth: +138
  • Revenue: ₹18,400

Her top reel by DMs is a "before and after" with the keyword "ROUTINE". The reading is simple: that format triggers comments, over half of those people click, and the shop converts. The next reel should be another before-and-after, not a talking-head video.

What does "top reels by DMs" tell me that Instagram Insights does not?

Instagram ranks content by views, likes and reach, which measure attention. Viralyze ranks reels by how many DMs they triggered, which measures intent. A reel with modest views that drove 90 DMs is more valuable to a business than one with ten times the views and 12 DMs.

This is the list to use when planning next week's content. Repeat the formats at the top, retire the ones at the bottom, and test one new idea per week.

Can I drill down from the home screen?

Yes. Tap any automation to see its own funnel: comments, matched, delivered, clicked, signed up. The home screen is the summary; the per-automation view is where you diagnose.

A quick workflow:

1. Spot a dip in link clicks on the 7-day view. 2. Open the automation attached to that week's main reel. 3. Compare delivered against clicked. If delivered is healthy and clicked is low, rewrite the DM so the link and the reason to tap it come first. 4. Check again next week on the same range.

Does revenue include bookings and shop sales together?

It does. Revenue on the home screen covers payments made through your Viralyze shop pages and booking link, so a coach who sells a course and also takes 1:1 sessions sees both in one figure. Payments arrive via UPI, cards or net banking through an RBI-authorised aggregator, and payouts go to your bank weekly, so the number on the screen is money you will actually receive.

Because the platform fee is 0%, the revenue figure is not inflated by a commission that is about to be deducted.

Frequently asked questions

**Can I switch between 7, 30 and 90 days on every tile?** Yes. The range selector applies to DMs sent, link clicks, follower growth and revenue together so the four always describe the same period.

**Does the dashboard count DMs I send manually?** It counts DMs sent by your automations and the replies that come back through the Inbox; manual chats you start elsewhere in Instagram are not part of the automation figures.

**Is the dashboard available on the Starter plan?** Yes. Analytics and contacts export are included in Starter at ₹199 a month.
