How to Move Your Links From Linktree to Viralyze

19 October 2026

Moving from Linktree takes four steps: write down your current links, recreate them on the Viralyze link-in-bio page, add the products or booking pages you want to sell directly, and swap the URL in your Instagram bio. Leave the old Linktree page up for a week so that links in older stories and posts still resolve. The practical difference after the move is that your page can take payments at 0% platform fee, show a booking menu and update tap counts per link, and the same links can be sent by Auto-DM.

Here is the process, plus what to do with Linktree's analytics and the things that are not worth moving.

What should I copy over before I start?

Open your Linktree admin and list every link, its label and its order. Note which links have the most clicks, because those should be at the top of the new page.

Take a screenshot of the Linktree analytics for your records. Click history does not transfer between tools; your new page starts counting from zero.

Decide which links are actually products or services. A "Buy my ebook" link that goes to a Google Form and a UPI screenshot can become a real checkout page. A "Book a call" link that goes to a DM request can become a booking link with a service menu.

How do I rebuild the page in Viralyze?

1. Open the link-in-bio section and add a title and short bio line. 2. Add each link as a smart link, in the order from your list. Smart links track clicks per link. 3. For anything you sell, create a product (digital download, physical product, course or 1:1 session) instead of a plain link. Each gets its own checkout page. 4. If you take appointments, set up a booking link with your service menu and add it to the page. 5. Add a lead magnet if you want to collect emails in exchange for a freebie. 6. Preview the page on your phone, then copy the page link.

The page updates itself as you add or remove items, and tap counts appear next to each link.

What changes in my Instagram bio?

Paste the new page link into your Instagram bio and save. Do the same anywhere else you listed the Linktree URL: YouTube description, WhatsApp business profile, email signature.

Keep the Linktree page active for about a week with a single link on it pointing to your new page. Then remove it once the old story links have aged out.

Where does Viralyze differ from Linktree?

Linktree is a link page. It does its job of listing links and counting clicks. Viralyze's page does that too, and adds three things on the facts: checkout pages for products with UPI, cards and net banking at 0% platform fee and weekly payouts; a booking link with service menu and Google Calendar sync; and Instagram Auto-DM so any link, product or booking page can be sent when someone comments a keyword.

To take one example, a Carnatic vocal teacher moved five Linktree links across: her YouTube, two Spotify links, a "fees" Google Form and a "book a trial" WhatsApp link. The last two became a ₹1,500 four-class course checkout and a booking link offering a 30-minute trial on Google Meet. Her bio now sells, rather than pointing to a form.

What should I not bother moving?

Social icons for platforms you no longer use, dead affiliate links, and old event links. A shorter page with four strong links beats a long one with twelve. Watch the per-link tap counts for a month and prune again.

Frequently asked questions

**Will my old Linktree URL redirect to the new page?** Not automatically. Put a single link to your new page on the Linktree page while it is still live, then retire it.

**Can I keep using Linktree and only use Viralyze for Auto-DM?** Yes. The Auto-DM can send any link, including a Linktree page, though you lose the per-link tap counts and 0% fee checkout.

**Is there a fee on products sold from the page?** No platform fee. Payments go through an RBI-authorised aggregator and are paid out weekly.

Start the 7-day free trial of Viralyze, no card needed, and have your new link-in-bio page live before your next story.
