How to Cancel a Viralyze Subscription

Cancelling a Viralyze subscription is a cancel-anytime arrangement: open the app, go to your plan, and cancel. There is no lock-in on either the monthly or the yearly plan, no retention call, and no notice period. Your automations keep running until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your contacts, products and booking link remain in your account.

How do I cancel step by step?

1. Open the Viralyze app and go to your account or plan settings. 2. Find your current plan, Starter or Pro, and choose the cancel option. 3. Confirm. You will see the date your access ends, which is the end of your current billing period. 4. If you subscribed through the App Store, also check your Apple subscriptions screen so the renewal is switched off there too.

If you are still inside the 7-day free trial, there is nothing to cancel because no payment method was collected. The trial simply ends.

What happens to my automations after I cancel?

They stop sending when your paid period ends. Until then, a "LINK" keyword on your pinned reel keeps working as usual.

After that date, comments with your keyword no longer trigger a DM, public comment replies stop, and story-reply automations go quiet. Nothing is deleted; the automations move to an inactive state and can be switched back on if you resubscribe.

Do I lose my contacts, products and bookings?

No. Your contacts list, with its source tags, stays in your account, and you can export it to CSV before or after cancelling. Products, courses, lead magnets and your booking link are retained.
