Hindi Instagram Auto DM Scripts for Creators

19 October 2026

A good Hindi auto DM is written the way you would speak on camera: simple, warm, and in the "aap" form unless your brand is deliberately casual. Two to four lines, the file or link they asked for, and one question to invite a reply. Viralyze delivers that script in about a second after a keyword comment, and it can also detect whether the commenter wrote in Hindi, English or Hinglish and reply accordingly.

Which Hindi should I write in, formal or spoken?

Spoken Hindi, the kind your reels already use. Textbook Hindi with words like "upalabdh" or "sampark" makes an automated message feel like a government notice. If you would say "mil jayega" on camera, write "मिल जाएगा" in the DM.

Devanagari works fine in Instagram DMs and in the app. If your audience types in Roman script, see our Hinglish guide instead; this article is for creators who post captions in Hindi script.

Keep the link on its own line. People on older phones tap more accurately that way.

Can the keyword be in Hindi script too?

Yes. "कीमत" or "लिंक भेजो" can be keywords alongside "PRICE" and "LINK" in the same automation. Viralyze matches keywords regardless of case and tolerates typos, so you can add the Devanagari word, the Roman spelling and the English word together and send one Hindi reply to all three. Use the live tester during setup to type a sample comment and confirm it fires before you go live.

Concrete example: a UPSC educator's "NOTES" automation

An educator posts a 60-second reel summarising the Indian polity syllabus with the caption "पूरे नोट्स के लिए NOTES कमेंट करें". Keywords: "NOTES", "नोट्स", "notes bhejo". The DM is script number one above, but the notes run to several pages, so the long message is converted into a downloadable PDF with open tracking. Over the next week the educator can see in the funnel how many comments matched, how many DMs were delivered, and how many PDFs were opened, then put a "CLASS" keyword on the follow-up reel that links to the paid batch.

How to avoid sounding robotic in Hindi

Three habits help:

  • Turn on AI variations so each message is worded a little differently.
  • Keep the public reply human too, for example "DM में भेज दिया 💌", rotated between versions.
  • Do not stack honorifics. One "आप" per sentence is enough; "आदरणीय" is too much for Instagram.

If you run a follow-gate, write the nudge in the same voice: "लिंक भेजने से पहले एक छोटी सी request, follow कर लीजिए ताकि आप अगले नोट्स भी न चूकें।" Viralyze sends up to three polite nudges and then releases the link; people who already follow get it straight away.

Frequently asked questions

**Will Hindi text break the DM or show as boxes?** No. Instagram renders Devanagari on all current phones, and the DM is sent as plain text through the official Meta API.

**Can I send a Hindi DM to some commenters and English to others?** Yes. Set up reply-in-commenter's-language, or run different keywords with different replies in one automation.

**Is there a limit on how many Hindi DMs I can send per month?** The Starter plan includes unlimited Instagram Auto-DMs; the only limits are Instagram's own rules, which Viralyze follows automatically.
